Once income of over €500 is received for two consecutive months, we will credit your welcome bonus to your account.
Terms and Conditions of Participation
1. Organizer and Data Controller
The organizer and the entity responsible for data processing within the meaning of the GDPR is PayCenter GmbH (the e-money institution behind the FAL-Card), Clemensänger-Ring 24, 85356 Freising (hereinafter referred to as “PayCenter”).
2. Eligibility
Eligible to participate are new customers aged 18 and over who open a personal account and provide proof of regular incoming payments from income, pensions, or social benefits.
Requirements:
- New customer: A person who has not opened or held an account with PayCenter (regardless of the product) within the last 6 months and opens a FAL-Card account during the promotional period.
- Completed account opening: The account opening is considered complete once identity verification has been successfully carried out and the account has been activated.
- Regular incoming payments: For the purposes of this promotion, regular incoming payments are defined as any recurring payment (e.g. salary, wages, pension, or social benefits) of at least €500 per month over two consecutive months.
- One-time participation: Each customer may participate in the promotion only once, regardless of the number of accounts or products opened.
3. Participation
Participation is automatic once a FAL-Card account has been opened during the promotional period and all conditions have been met.
4. Promotional Period
The promotional period begins with the publication of the offer on the product page falcard.de and ends when the promotion is removed or explicitly terminated by PayCenter.
5. Payout
Participants who meet all eligibility requirements will receive a one-time credit to their FAL-Card account.
The credit will be applied automatically within 30 days after all participation requirements have been fulfilled.
The credit amounts to €50.
Cash payment, transfer, or combination with other promotions is excluded.
PayCenter reserves the right to exclude ineligible or abusive participation from the payout.
6. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of carrying out this promotion.
Purpose and scope of data processing
To conduct the promotion, PayCenter uses existing customer data (name, account details, and information on incoming payments totaling at least €500) in order to verify eligibility requirements and process the payout.
Legal basis
The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) DSGVO (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).
No further use of the data will take place, in particular not for advertising purposes.
7. Disclaimer / Changes to the Terms and Conditions
PayCenter reserves the right to terminate or modify the promotion early for good cause, in particular in the event of technical issues or attempts at manipulation.
Any liability for damages outside PayCenter’s control is excluded.
8. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
Legal recourse is excluded.
